Spring
This course offers instruction in critical thinking, reading, and writing, and is designed to help the student demonstrate, in both argumentative and expository prose, sound logic and/or argumentation, clear organization, precise diction, and appropriate style.
Students will be introduced to basic biological concepts to increase understanding of cellular and system processes, human anatomy, physiology, genetics, and biochemistry.
This course will cover the message of the NT books, their strategic placement in the NT, and their significance for Apostolic thought and practice.
Students will work toward communicating a biblical perspective about morality and Ethics.
A topical study of, Apostolic soteriology, Theology proper and Christology, Holiness and Hamartiology
Application of principles taught in Music Theory I: note-reading, scales, circle of fifths, and introduction to triads and seventh chords.
We will create, write, build, rehearse and perform a full length Drama for our graduation weekend. It is an excellent opportunity for hands on leadership involvement
Fall
We will explore three major areas of being a successful student at ABI. Biblical ideas about diligence, faithfulness and working with others
We will cover the message of the OT books, their contribution to God’s redemptive storyline, and their significance for Apostolic thought and practice.
The course seeks to equip the student with a strong Apostolic hermeneutic and apply it to the major developments of the historical church
An introduction to college writing, utilizing MLA writing style. It covers the writing of personal essays in several rhetorical modes, academic papers, and research analysis.
This course provides the student the motivation, tools, and practical application to mature as Christians.
Topics include Sets, Number Theory and Real Number System, Algebra, Graphs, and Functions, Geometry, Consumer Mathematics, and the Metric System
An in-depth study on handling personal finances by applying biblical and practical principles.
An introductory course that deals with the fundamentals of music. Topics to be covered will include: pitch, pitch class, scales, the basics of rhythm, intervals, triads, seventh chords, beginning harmony and notation, and scoring.
The Church Revitalization Certificate is designed to equip pastors, ministry leaders, and church revitalizers to lead elective, biblically grounded revitalization efforts. Whether guiding an established church through renewal or stepping into a challenging ministry context, this certificate provides practical tools, theological depth, and leadership insight to help churches thrive.

The fee structure for the stand-alone certificate program is based on a total of 15 credit hours at the the per credit hour rate and is subject to annual tuition rate increases.
For the 2025-2026 academic year, the fee structure is as follows: $180 per credit hour, plus a $150 on-line fee per semester and the additional cost of any books or required materials.
The Church Revitalization Certificate Program will begin in Fall 2026.

Music Ministries Concentration
This concentration is designed to give our students a broad biblical background paired with strong musical training in music theory, church music leadership, rehearsal techniques, worship leading, and music administration.
Christian Ministries Concentration
This concentration is designed to train ministers to be prepared practically and biblically for a wide range of ministry. They gain hands-on experience in ministry, leadership, and evangelism.
